The sales price above includes the utility package with the following paid for you: $2575.00 to

YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT THE FOLLOWING, if you want these items:
ELECTRIC deposit - United Cooperative Services 817-556- 4000 They are located on Hwy 174 at the North end of Cleburne. They will install the pole and you will request the meter loop from them for the electrician. They charge a $150.00 deposit or letter of credit from another utility service and a $25.00 fee. Contact them to get an application and for an appointment on your lot to show them where your home will be placed. For faster service, go to their office and fill out the application while you are there.
GAS - Individual propane or butane tanks may be rented or purchased from several dealers in the area.
TELEPHONE - Altell 800-452-5354. They require a small deposit.
SCHOOLS - Joshua ISD 817-645-6661 School buses pick up children along the roads inside Grand Ranch. MAIL - Joshua Post Office 817-645-0521. When you purchase a lot, we will give you your mailing address. A mail box post is already install for each lot.
BUILDING PERMIT - Johnson County asks you to purchase a building permit before moving in. The cost is $50.00 at Johnson County Health Dept. Metro # 817-477-3222. They are located in the Bank One Building in downtown Cleburne across the street from the Courthouse at 1 North Main, Suite 305.
