The land is then divided and sold into separate lots. These tracts of land, which are located in Joshua, Crowley, Rhome and Roanoke to mention a few, vary in size from one/half to two acres, making the improved land an excellent location for your mobile home with a country living atmosphere.

families. Because of the many years working with mobile home owners, we know the particular needs and seek to provide helpful services during the move-in process and after the move-in to enjoy the best use of the land.

FINANCING:
Bee Land Investments will finance the land and the utility hook-ups in full. We do not do a credit check. Everyone automatically qualifies. By looking at the price list you will see the monthly payments for each lot. Our financing programs have very liberal
terms.
UTILITIES: All utilities are available for each lot. The utility tap fees and the hook-up costs are included in the financing plan and the only amount for a customer to pay is normal utility deposits.
QUICK MOVE IN: There is no delay for you to move in. You can move your home on the land the same day you buy the lot. It only takes a few days to have the water and sewer connected to your home. However it takes one to two weeks for the electric to be connected.
HOW TO BUY THE LAND: We allow you to look at the land at your own leisure. We do not ask you to meet with a sales person. Please note the maps and directions on the web page or ask us to mail you a brochure. Drive to the subdivision and take a look at the lots that are for sale. All the lots are marked well with large numbers at each corner. Choose the one you want, call to make an appointment to meet us at our office and we will complete the necessary paperwork. It takes little to no down payment and no up front closing costs. |
